Meet the Andean Condors
Andean condors are the planet’s largest flying birds. Climbing Córdoba mountains, seeing them up close and feeling them fly low over your head is an unforgettable adventure.
They build their nests and refuges in the Condorito Ravine, and glide on the thermal air currents formed between towering rocky walls. The best place to watch them from is the North Balcony, at 1,900 metres, which can be reached after walking along a 12-km trail (a roundtrip hike of approximately 4 hours).
Where: Quebrada del Condorito National Park (Córdoba)
When: all year round
