Visit the Iberá Wetlands and discover one of the best places in the world to see wild fauna. Prepare your eyes and your camera to come face to face with capybaras, yacare caimans, marsh deers, black-and-gold howler monkeys and over 300 bird species, while enjoying the most delicious chipás.
There are several gateways to explore the wetlands, and each of them offers something different. The best known is Laguna Iberá Gateway, in the town of Carlos Pellegrini. There are boat and canoe outings, horseback riding, hiking and even night excursions. Nearby, the Mburucuyá National Park is another superb destination for wildlife watching.
